A strip of land next to MTAA’s office is for sale; how nice it would be to turn this into a demonstration garden for growing vegetables. Therefore, we as MTAA Netherlands have started a crowdfunding action.

MTAA has participated in the launch of the 16-day campaign against gender-based violence, held at the county level in Kwisero Sub-County and chaired by the First Lady of Kakamega County. The slogan was ‘Triple Threat’.
How can you grow vegetables when you have little land? The solution: set up pyramid-shaped vegetable gardens (cone-gardens). This is a very efficient way of farming. MTAA has embraced this successful initiative.
Widows in Kenya easily become victims of sexual abuse, at risk of HIV infection. That is why MTAA organized two workshops, sponsored by MTAA Netherlands and Grace Impact.
